Components of the Standards-Based Report Card

The top of the report card
contains places for traditional letter or numerical grades. |

| The bottom of the report
card contains space for indicators of student achievement on performance standards.
Beside each subject is a list of numbers ranging from 1 to 15 corresponding
to the respective performance standard for each subject. Under each reported
standard are places to indicate the student's status toward reaching the standard:
ACH for if the student achieves the standard; IP if the student is in progress
toward achievement; and X if the student does not achieve the standard. |

The back of the report contains
abbreviated descriptions of the standards listed by subject and grade. |
