Expecting Success: How Standards Can Help Raise Student Achievement Video toolkit

Expecting Success: How Standards Can Help Raise Student Achievement describes standards in simple, parent and community-friendly terms. This 14 minute video is aimed at parents and community members. The video features parents from four diverse communities who discuss what standards are and how standards help improve conversations with teachers (and their own children) about what their children should know and be able to do.

The video toolkit includes a discussion guide (pdf file) that provides helpful tips and suggested questions to facilitate conversations.

The complete video toolkit is available for $10. Send an email request to Beth Bacon (bacon@publicengagement.com) to have an order form faxed to you. Or download the pdf version of the order form.
